Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Sweatz Affair!

Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, you are only eligible for a refund if the items you received are incorrect. Sweatz Affair will additionally cover the cost of shipping. You can reach us by email at hitus-up@sweatzaffair.com or DM on Instagram @sweatzaffair. Your item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging or polybag, in the same condition as when you received it. Sweatz Affair reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the requirements mentioned above. You'll also need to show proof of purchase or receipt.  

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you'll be sent the correct item based on your original receipt. 

Please note that in the event that the product is entitled to be exchanged, it will still be subject to availability, and if the product is out of stock, you may either request a full refund or replace it with another available product with the same value or you may wait till the product has been restocked.
